The bigger breasts challenge overview
Now for this challenge it will require dumbbells ranging from 8 – 15 pounds.
It will only use 4 breast lifting workouts, all of which are beginner friendly. If you want to get the fastest results, including weights is a must.
However, if you don’t have any dumbbells you can get creative and use bottles filled with water.
A workout calendar will be provided below, containing the sets and reps for each workout day.

Here we go!
1. Side arm push-up
How to do it
- Lie down on your left side with the right hand supporting your upper body and left hand hugging your waist.
- Use your right hand to push up your upper body as far as possible and pause for 1 second.
- After that, slowly return to the starting position.
2. Wide chest press
How to do it
- Lie down on your back holding both dumbbells wide apart, elbows touching the ground.
- You’re going to slowly lift both dumbbells to touch them high in the air above your chest.
- Hold the position for 1 second then slowly return the starting point and repeat.
3. Tilted push up
How to do it
- Lie down on your belly with the right elbow flat on the ground.
- Your left hand palm should be flat on the ground ready to push up your upper body.
- Now you’re going to slowly push up and do a twist and hold for 1 second.
- Return to the starting position then repeat.
4. Reverse row
How to do it
- Stand with both feet close together and upper body at 45 degrees to the ground.
- Use both hands to hold the dumbbells straight down to the floor.
- Now you’re going slowly pull up both hands with elbows passing your back and hold for 1 second.
- After the pause slowly lower them back to the starting position and repeat.
